๐ Scoundrel Unlimited (Dungeon-Crawler Card Game)
Scoundrel Unlimited is a fresh take on the classic solo card game that plays like a miniature roguelike dungeon crawler using a standard 52-card deck.
This version features a different variation where the game doesn't end when you clear a dungeon floor, instead you get stronger, heal a little, and go deeper. The monsters get stronger each clear.
UNLIMITED RULES:
The base rules are the same (classic rules below), but the game starts without ANY face cards. Each time you clear the dungeon you get a random buff and the next highest monster is added to the deck up to the Joker.
Jacks - 11
Queens - 12
Kings - 13
Aces - 14
Jokers - 15
Full Classis rules:
On your first and every turn, flip over 4 cards face up in front of you to make an Room.
You may avoid the Room if you wish. If you chose to do so, scoop up all four cards and place them at the bottom of the Dungeon. While you may avoid as many Rooms as you want, you may not avoid two Rooms in a row. To clear a room you must face 3 of the four cards it contains.
If you chose a Monster... You may either fight it barehanded or with an equipped Weapon.
If you pick a Weapon up, you must equip it, and discard your previous weapon.
You may not restore your life beyond your starting 20 health.
The Game ends when either your life reaches 0 or you make your way through the entire Dungeon.
The 26 Clubs and Spades in the deck are Monsters. Their damage is equal to their ordered value. (e.g. 10 is 10, Jack is 11, Queen is 12, King is 13, and Ace is 14)
The 9 Diamonds in the deck are Weapons. Each weapon does as much damage as its value.
The 9 Hearts in the deck are Health Potions. They heal for their value
